In addition to reducing waste through our manufacturing process, we also choose materials that support a more sustainable approach—starting with the filament in our printers.
Our products are made using PETG-based filaments, a durable plastic commonly used in everyday items such as water bottles, food containers, and packaging. These materials are recycled or plant-based, giving discarded plastics a second life as functional, long-lasting products.
By using PETG, we’re able to create objects that are lightweight, strong, moisture-resistant, and suitable for daily use—without relying on traditional mass manufacturing.

All JAM Studio products are made, assembled, and shipped from our studio in Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam.

3D printing is a manufacturing process where objects are built layer by layer from digital designs. Instead of cutting material away, the form is created only where it is needed. This approach allows precise control over shape, structure, and detail, making it especially suited for small, considered objects made with intention rather than scale.
By using 3D printing, production becomes local, on-demand, and waste-conscious. Each piece is made only after it is ordered, removing the need for excess inventory and overproduction. This process reduces material waste, shortens supply chains, and allows us to focus on quality and consistency rather than volume.
Our design process begins with function and ends with form. Every object is digitally modeled, tested, and refined before being brought into the physical world. We design with restraint—limiting variations to preserve clarity, balance, and character—allowing each piece to express a quiet sense of identity shaped by both design intention and the making process itself.
